About
I have been working in the field of language and intercultural training since 2000. I started my career as a French-English translator and trainer at Keane India Ltd, Hyderabad and then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Mumbai where I took on a more challenging role in the area of language and intercultural competency building: assessing and understanding needs, identifying and deploying the right methodologies, processes and tools. I have recently completed an M. Sc. in Managing Diversity (2009) from ESC Rennes School of Business, France and did a short assignment with Henkel, Germany where I assisted in defining the Diversity & Inclusion focus, drafting a global policy framework, and putting together a training toolkit. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Advanced English Studies: Languages and Cultures in Contact at the University of Valladolid, Spain. I plan to write my thesis on Identity in Jhumpa Lahiri's The Namesake. I am fluent in French and I have an intermediate knowledge of German.
